❤ This design is perfect to square business cards. We use square business cards and were frustrated at not being able to find a holder. So we made one! Easy to assemble. Can be made from wood, acrylic, or mix of the two.

❤ ABOUT THIS DOWNLOAD

SVG and PDF are included. This can be cut in wood or acrylic. TIP: Before cutting, customize the front panels with your name or logo.

❤ SIZE

This instant download file can be resized for any project, but is currently sized for standard 2.5″ square cards from places like Vistaprint. The width of the card holder between the side walls is 2.75″.

❤ Laser File is TESTED.

We test cut all of our files on the Glowforge. If there are any specific setting recommendations, they are noted in the file. This file was tested for 1/8″ wood (we use birch for our tests) and 1/8″ acrylic.

❤ Assembly required. For the wood version and the wood version with acrylic front pieces, we did not find glue necessary (1/8″ birch/1/8″ acrylic). For the all acrylic, we did need glue. We used a small dab of elmers clear on the joints. Handy tip: Leave the masking on the outside of the card holder and apply glue to the joints from the outside. Then, once glue is dry, remove the masking. It will help avoid glue smudges on the acrylic. (Ask us how we know!)
